What is the shelf life of MyFlavia coffee and tea products?
All MyFlavia products are vacuum-sealed for maximum freshness. Most coffee and tea packs have a shelf life of 9 to 12 months from the date of production. You can find the specific 'Best By' date printed on each individual Freshpack.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. We process orders within 24 hours of receipt, and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your premium coffee is on its way.
What is your return policy for food and beverage items?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened beverage packs. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Are the Flavia Freshpacks recyclable?
